Hi Lovely Peoples 🙂
Now you have the Apple Sauce Recipe you can try these amazing Chocolate Oats with Apple Sauce. Oh my god, it’s so good. If you like something hearty, filling, delicious and healthy you need to try this.
Oats are such a decent breakfast to have as they are full of fibre which keep you full for the morning, fuel your workouts or just keep you going for longer in the morning before your mid-morning snack or lunch. The fibre prevents any spikes or slumps in blood sugar allowing the digestive system to work more smoothly and efficiently.
The best thing I love about oats is that they are so quick and easy to make. I am always in a hurry to get out the door in the morning for work and although I would love to make them on the hob each and every day, some days this just isn’t possible. So for mornings like that you can shove all the ingredients into a bowl, pop them in the microwave for 2 minutes, make your cup of tea or coffee whilst you’re waiting or doing what you have to do, then viola! Breakfast is served. You’ve got yourself a quick, hearty and healthy breakfast.
For this recipe I am keeping it sweet and simple but depending on how you feel in the mornings oats can be made so many different ways. You can cook in a ton of fruit to them, top them with fresh fruits, keep them plain with just some milk and sweetener of your choice, add some nuts or even carrot! I could go on forever because the choices are endless so get experimental and see what delicious combinations you can create!
